Reservation
Cancellation charges for a reservation that concerns the summer season (May to September):
– 21 days before the arrival date: Free (refundable deposit)
– From 21 to 1 day before the arrival date: Charges 20% of the value of the stay (withholding deposit)
Changes take place up to 2 days before the arrival date when there is availability and only for the same set of booking days. If a change concerns with a reduction in the days of the total stay, then the reduction is considered a cancellation and the total amount of the reservation will remain the same as the original booking.
The deposit will normally apply for the new reservation.
If there is no availability then the charges follow the cancellation policy.
The charge for no show is in any case 100% of the value of the total stay
Prices are calculated per apartment, per night. Normal capacity (as stated in the description of the room), and is defined according to the time period and the minimum stay. The price includes all taxes. Extra guests can be hosted upon agreement with the owner and are charged according to the dates of booking. Charges vary per person, per night, based on the apartment (from 20euro / person / overnight). The exact amount of the charge is available to the customer during on-line booking for simplicity and convenience. Some of our apartments can also be booked as single upon request (contact us by email or tel. for availability and prices).
All offers depend on the availability during the time of booking.
Offers do not apply in conjunction with any other offer or contract.

Prices are subject to change.
If the customer wishes not to use the room until the end of the reservation then the customer is charged with 50% of the remaining days until the end of the stay

Any personal data you declare anywhere on www.villaerato.com is solely for the purposes of your transactions with us, the improvement of the services provided and the operation of the service and may not be used by any third party (except where provided by law to the competent authorities). Your personal information will not be disclosed at any case to any third party for any processing or promotional activity. Villa Erato does not disclose the details of its customers and transactions unless it has written authorization from you or is required by a court order or decision of another public authority.
